About

She was nothing like her sister. Zanas had always been the courageous and dedicated one. Asenya was arrogant, selfish, and demanding. All of the qualities that Dreamers have…
Kidnapped and taken beneath, Asenya fights to find out who she really is, discovering that her potential is far greater than she ever could have imagined. But that destiny may finally be the end of her, and what she once was.
May she make the right choices.

Excerpt:
There was one thing that bothered her after Zanas had left, something that nagged at the back of her mind, until finally she could not dismiss it any longer.
Everywhere she looked, she saw the strong belief that all were allowed to choose. She had been taken below by force, and there was that part of her that wondered if she had been placed in the right clan. She knew that she had received the marks of the Dreamer, and that should be sign enough, but still there was that feeling.

Asenya snuck out in the middle of the night, following the path that she traveled down her first night below. She had been learning enough in antiquities to understand the concept of the pledge temple ,and Falon had already confided in her that he had removed the barrier spells around the hold. She could come and go as she pleased.

Usually anyone wishing to pledge a clan, did so when they believed that they were old enough to leave their families, and venture into the lives of their destinies. This was always done in the pledge temple, by those that were city born, or born within the clan.

There was a rumor that there was a spell on the temple that only allowed the pledger to speak the truth, sometimes to the speaker’s surprise. But the people of the beneath believed in nothing stronger than the tenant that Alwahi knew everyone’s path.

It was chilly in the dark shadows of the tunnel, making it seem as though she really were in the underworld. When she came to the diverging tunnels, she paused, looking up at the circling staircase that led to the temple.

For some reason, she was starting to feel afraid, the quiet of the shadows making her uneasy. Perhaps it had not been the best idea to run here in the middle of the night, when no one knew she was gone.

Shaking herself, Asenya closed her hands into fists, narrowing her eyes as she took one deep breath. She had come here for a reason, and she wasn’t going to give up when she was this close. Asenya began walking up the stairs, higher and higher, until she was pushing open the door that led into the temple.
Three throne chairs greeted her as she ventured inside, the steps of her feet echoing across the long hall. She felt immediately an overwhelming sence of reverence, the building speaking to her very soul.

It spoke of history and awe. I told whispers of the countless feet that had walked the very stone floor that she stepped across. And finally, it hinted at destiny yet to be fulfilled.
Asenya walked into the center of the magnificent building, closing her eyes and inhaling deep once again. She flung her arms outward, letting her head fall back as her eyes opened wide.

“I pledge,” her voice came out on its own. “Dreamer…”
It was like a wind that escaped her lips, traveling past her face and to the room, swirling like a mighty wind around her body, lifting her hair and the hem of her dress from the ground. The air that swirled around her brightened, turning to a shimmering trail, like the loving embrace of some spirit.
Dreamer…

A word spoken, but not, simply a melody on the wind. And then she knew, she knew that she had been placed in exactly the clan that she had belonged to, and deep down inside, she realized that she had always known.

My Review

Giving the book a 5 out of 5, love the book and the cover is amazing. To understand this book is better to read Pursuer first to know where is Asenya coming from, and what is the world she is living in now.
Love how the book stars from where Asenya gets taken (this book is from her point of view), and explains everything. This book is full of adventures, one after another. Asenya has so many obstacles to overcome, but for everyone's surprise she will do just fine, and make some good allies from people that you will less expect.
While reading this book i start feeling like i was reading about myself, that how well the book is written, i connected with the character. Of course i would love to have some of her powers, but not like any kind of magic or anything you are used with. This book uses psychology a lot, and it turned out amazing. Every power that the dreamer has it comes from within their mind, building shields and anything they need.
Therefore the book has a new fantasy power, creating and adventure, that will make you want to read more and more. If you want to know more about Asenya, her powers, her twin sister and how everything changes since she was brought in this world, then you really have to read this book. The only thing i will say more is that i can not wait to see what the author Monique Morgan has prepared for us next.

What if your life wasn’t your own?

Liv comes out of a coma with no memory of her past and two distinct, warring voices inside her head. Nothing, not even her reflection, seems familiar. As she stumbles through her junior year, the voices get louder, insisting she please the popular group while simultaneously despising them. But when Liv starts hanging around with Spencer, whose own mysterious past also has him on the fringe, life feels complete for the first time in, well, as long as she can remember.

Liv knows the details of the car accident that put her in the coma, but as the voices invade her dreams, and her dreams start feeling like memories, she and Spencer seek out answers. Yet the deeper they dig, the less things make sense. Can Liv rebuild the pieces of her broken past, when it means questioning not just who she is, but what she is?

My Review

Giving the book a 5 out of 5 starts. What i love the most about this book, is how Olivia manages to make a normal and happy life out of such a tragical accident.
Is very hard to write this kind of book and turn out amazing, but this one i have no words to put it how good it is. The book is about a girl that suffers a tragic accident and get amnesia. Her parents are very protective, especially her mother, that has a hard time letting her go to normal school instead of home school. Olivia starts having wired dreams that seem very real but her mom tries to "push" them away by saying they are only dreams. Luckily for her at school she meet a guy that tried to make her relive so many things you will do as a kid or now at their age. The only bad thing about him is his past and that he never wants to talk about but she finds out in the. What happens after that for you to read the book and find out.
Well written book, that could teach us so many things. Trust me you will regret not reading the book. Second time reading this type of book and feel in love with (usually read fantasy, YA).

My Review for "ReAwakened" book 2

ReAwakened (Angel Creek, #2)ReAwakened by Ada Adams

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Giving the book and cover an over all 5 out of 5 stars. This book is the second book in the Angel Creek series.
When i finished reading ReVamped i thought that i might be disappointed in the 2nd book because i really had high expectations, but to my huge surprise was that this book is just amazing, do not have words to explain how good it is. Love the way Ada Adams describe everything, from the character to the adventures.
This book for me was just amazing from the beginning to the end, kept me captivated, and feeling like i was one of the characters in the book.Of course like ReVamped this one has adventure, less drama from Broke (yes it actually happens, i know is hard to believe it, and what we all wanted from the start was some romance between Dawn and Sebastian. So many surprises in this book, for example people that you believed they were dead they are safe and sound (not going to say who). Also i want to yell because i always was team Sebastian (so want them together), but want to "kill" some of the characters in there that will destroy the happiness for Dawn, love life but also the guardians (not killing them, like they are finally a team but someone will want them dead or alone). Not saying anymore about the book you have to read it to see that i am telling you the truth. Keep looking but your not going to find another book that has everything and is written so well, and works in such a nice harmony.
Seriously i am like dieing here waiting for the next book from Ada because i know will be amazing. Have to close this review by saying Thank You to Ada Adams for such amazing books.

Book Description:
Becoming a vampire guardian was Dawn Fairchild’s ticket out of the Scarlet House. Fresh off a successful mission, life in Angel Creek should have been great. With time ticking away and Born vampires’ lives in jeopardy, it quickly becomes evident that someone—or something—desperately wants Dawn and is willing to shed any amount of blood to get her.

Dawn has only one chance to face her demons and overcome all obstacles standing in her way as she embarks on the biggest mission of her life—one that threatens a deadly outcome for all involved.
