My review for " The Lost Prince " book 1

The Lost Prince (The Iron Fey: Call of the Forgotten, #1)The Lost Prince by Julie Kagawa

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

First i have to say i love the cover so i am going to give a 5 stars but for the book i am giving an overall 3 stars out of 5. Love all Julie's books, and this is my fault i haven't read any of the books from the Iron Fey series, guess i need to start with that soon.
The book is good, the problem is that has connection with the Iron Fey series and that got me in the unknown at some points. Great plot, has adventure and romance but also a little drama from Ethan's part when he meets his sister after everything that happen.
Unfortunately for Ethan he is forced to go in the place that he hated the most on the "faery world" where he was tortured and his sister was "stolen" in the exchange for him to be free and alive. Here he brings with him by "mistake" a girl from his new school (wrong place wrong time). There he finds himself trusting some fey (which he couldn't believe), and finding out the trust about that fey and what is the connection with it and his sister. Also ends up risking his life for this Fey , but it helps him to find love. Now the only thing that keeps him from going back is finding a way to help His sister and her world.
More i can not say i already said enough, just that you should read it if you have read the Iron Fey series, take it from someone that has never read any of the books and feel in love with this one. This book has a little bit of everything, and lots of adventures that will take you places you have never been, just let your imagination wonder.

My review for "The Reaper Series" book 2

Unreap My Heart (The Reaper Series #2)Unreap My Heart by Kate Evangelista

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Like all the other books i have read from Kate i am giving a 5 starts out of 5 for the content and the cover. Unfortunately i haven't read the first book from the series, but after reading this tomorrow that will be the first book i will buy.
What i love about this book the most is the originality of the plot and the paranormal stories. Also that me not reading the first book didn't confuse me with anything, because at any new story their were enough details, and some from the past. Love Arianne her character and the fact that she will always want to help you even if her life could be in danger. On the other hand Balthazar is the perfect bad guy, that is OK to fall for him. At the beginning i didn't like him that much because of what he was about to do and didn't know to much about him. But as i kept reading i could not help myself from falling in love with this character.
Small spoiler about the book, all the plot is build around Balthazar return "home", and the him finding D injured. All of this brings lock down to the "city" Crossroads nobody being able to come in or out until they found the enemy.
Read the book in one day, could not put it down. This is a must have book especially if you have read the first book. Then i can only say you are missing so much in not reading it.

My Review "Collateral Damage " book 3

Collateral Damage: An Annie Ogden MysteryCollateral Damage: An Annie Ogden Mystery by Frederick Lee Brooke

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Collateral Damage is the 3rd book from the series "An Annie Ogden Mystery", and have to say its just amazing. Giving the cover a 5 stars but it doesn't really work for me with the content so i will give an overall a 4 stars out of 5. Unfortunately i have only read the last 2 books never had the chance to read the first one, but i can imagine how good it could be.
The book i just got it today to do a review on it for the blog post so please bear with me i will do my best to not reveal to much but to make you understand what it is about.
The series are about Annie, but Collateral it explain more about her past and what happen in Iraq. She seams to have created a normal and good life since she came back until her ex comes after her (when everyone else though he was dead). Now she is cut between him that does not leave her alone and her actual fiance that everyone likes. Michael (the ex) is trying to get Annie back trying to be Romantic writing her a poem, but the bad side of him keeps on coming to the surface. Also what is wrong about him that he acts he does not know what he is doing wrong, or that is just a joke to him. Salvador is a prince compare with Michael, he treats Annie very nice, trust her, protective and romantic.
Hope that will get you into reading, how it got me i was like hiding all the time from my boss to read few more pages is just wow, love it.

My review "City of Lost Souls" book 5

City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments, #5)City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Firstly i want to explain why i am giving to each of the book from the series a 5 starts out of 5 for the content and the cover. One of the reason is because the cover connects with the book, and second the most important reason is that the books are amazing.

The book like all this others from this series is well written, with a balance of romance, action, drama and some comedies. Love the way Casandra Clare describes every detail (not to much or to less, exactly needed amount) and how she uses every character. For my surprise while reading the book i was fighting with two feeling inside me, i love Jace but in the same time i was hatting what he was doing to Clary under the influence of Sebastian. Jace became Sebastian puppet, he was doing everything he was told, and treated all the people he loved very bad (except Clary). Clary's love for him push her to make the worst decision ever, to go and live with Sebastian (who acted so sorry for what he did to her before) and Jace. Although it was not a good decision she had the prove that a dark power was controlling Jace when he got hurt by an angel sword exactly on the mark he had made of blood which bonded him with Sebastian. In that moment of lucidity he told Clary how bad he was feeling about everything the "other" Jace did, and that he would rather die to be stuck like that forever.

The book is amazing , i will stop here not saying anything more, this should be enough to get you into read it , if not you do not know what is an amazing book when you have it. Also i never like giving to much, specially the most important adventures from the book, that i will leave it to you to discover, where will it be the most fun, and enjoyment reading the book if i will give it all out. Do not take my word for it take all the other millions of people that have read this amazing book. Forgot to prevent you that this book will just make you love Jace even more and "kill" to have the next book :)) enjoy your reading.

My review "City of Fallen Angels" book 4

City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments, #4)City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book like all the others from The Mortal Instruments series gets a 5 starts out of 5 from me (well deserved). City of Fallen Angels is the 4th book out of the series. What i love about this series is that Cassandra Clare has gave a name of each book that make totally sense, connecting with the content of the book perfectly.

In this book Simon tries to figure out his life, after his mom finds out he is a vampire and how she deals with it. Now he is homeless with "people" trying to get him on their side because of the curse and the fact he could walk in the sun. Also he finds himself being protect by Jace (which meant spending all the time with him and not with Clary) from the people that want him dead.

Clary starts to feel insecure about the love Jace had for her, she was getting depressed and little sleep. Every time they will meet he would always act different, one day being so "cold" and others being so lovely with her, with kisses that tell her he had missed her like crazy. Therefore all of that made her more confuse then ever not knowing how to act. In the ends she finds out why he acts the way he does and they sick help with the silent brothers which gives them the worst "news" they could expect. Also they find out that one of the greater demon is trying to revive Sebastian which changes Clary's plan of "healing" Jace. Everyone was horrified of the sound of Sebastian might come back to life, but for Alec (not in a good way) was a relief of doing something else then being so insecure of Magnus love (by the way was all in his head, because everything what Magnus did was to love him).

The book has great adventure that will keep you on the edge with every page you read not letting putting down. Exactly after finishing this book i start reading the next book, an amazing series. If you read Twilight saga or Hush Hus you will just love this series. Hope you enjoy your reading.

My Review for "City of Bones" book 1

City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1)City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Have to admit that for some reason before i saw the movie i always pros-pone reading this series, but after i saw the movie of course i went the next day straight for the store and got all 5 books that i have read in one week. This is an amazing series but each book it has 300+ pages (they are very big). Before reading this book i was a little bit confused of the connection of the cover with the book, but after reading it i will give an overall 5 out of 5 starts for the book and cover.

The book is about a normal girl Clary that tries to figure out why she keeps on seeing and drawing the same sign until she goes into a club where she witness a murder that to her disbelieve nobody else sees it. After that everything starts to change, her life tacking a 360 degree turn, up to the point she does not know what it is true and whats a lie. The worst for her is when she finds out that her mother had someone do a spell on her to not remember anything about her real life , like being a Shadowhunter or that her dad was not who she thought he is. Also when her dad appears and tells her that Jace (one of the best Shadowhunters of his age, the one that saves her life quite a few times, and the fact he is always for there for her, also they fall for each other) and her are brothers.

Like all the other series that have been made into a movie the book always turns out a million times better. The book is amazing, but the movie is the one that made me read this books and i do not regret, it has combine 2 of my favorite series (Twilight saga and Hush Hush) combined together but different (good different).
