LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this book... first have to say this is my 2nd book from the series, because a friend gave me Torment (i thought that was the first book). This book gets 5 stars although i read it in the wrong order.
Luce Price is a 17 years old trouble girl that has been misunderstood, because of an unexplainable accident. Everything changes when she is being send to "school" for trouble kids. There she meets two amazing boys, but she stars falling for the one that's pushing her away until one point. At Sword & Cross she even meets her best friend, and finds out in who she needs to trust and in who she should not.
Daniel Grigori he will be the one that after pushing away Luce so many times, saves her from everyone including his family. He will even have to come and tell Luce who he really is and why so many bad things happen to her since she stars being around him. Soon even Luce realizes that being around Daniel will provoke "something" that keeps hiding around them to kill her or take her away. The trouble begins whit the fire in the library which ends up with a dead class mate.
What i truly waited in while reading the whole book was her best friend to turn out to be her worst nightmare, but i was not far from the truth. Path is an amazing girl that helps her from the beginning but also breaks her into pieces.
